About me

A dedicated web developer, technical leader and lifelong learner who thrives on solving complex challenges.

Over many years in the industry I've had the privilege of working across a wide range of technologies - Symfony, Sylius, Laravel, WordPress, ReactJS, Docker and plenty more. That ever-growing list is exactly what keeps me passionate: it never lets me stand still, and always pushes me to evolve and stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration and knowledge-sharing sit at the core of how I lead. I take real pride in working closely with colleagues, exchanging insights and fostering a supportive team environment. Communication is everything - whether on-site or remote - and my self-motivation and dependability have helped me consistently deliver high-quality results from home.

Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams of 5–10 developers, delivering everything from two-week assignments to multi-year platforms. I transformed the agency's deployment process - replacing 20+ minute manual releases that caused client downtime with an automated zero-downtime pipeline, enabling multiple safe releases a day, instant rollbacks and easy A/B tests. I introduced Dockerised local development and Docker Swarm in production, and now lead the agency's adoption of AI - Copilot, Claude Code and automated testing workflows.
